Not simply a classroom... we are hands on 

Through academic training, practice, and global networking opportunities, our Leadership Centers will select up to 5 students, entrepreneurs and/or professionals from around the world to receive fellowships to study at one of our leadership centers and become catalysts for leadership studies, training and on-the-job implementation

For deserving candidates, these fellowships will cover tuition and fees, room and board, round-trip transportation, and all internship and field-study expenses

Candidates will be carefully chosen based on a GLUDES selection criteria

The program will enrich a candidate through leadership and entrepreneurial classroom & hands-on training

This program will deepen the candidates understanding of practice areas within corporations, strategic maneuvers within organizations and personal development

Emphasis will also be given to learning through organization failures and how turn-around is possible

The program will involve travelling, field trips, presentations, quiz preparations, panel discussions and classroom studies & interactions

The evaluation and successful graduation criteria will be discussed 

and promoted throughout the program
